1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website of Edge Landscape Design of Wesley Chapel ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), or by engaging our landscape services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Edge Landscape Design of Wesley Chapel provides professional landscape design, installation, irrigation, hardscaping, outdoor feature construction, maintenance, and grading services in Wesley Chapel, FL and surrounding areas. All services are subject to a separate written service agreement or proposal agreed upon between the Company and the client prior to commencement of work.

3. Estimates & Proposals

All estimates and proposals provided by Edge Landscape Design are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, site conditions discovered during project commencement, or changes in project scope requested by the client.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each individual project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit may be required to schedule work. Final payment is due upon project completion. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Florida law.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a scheduled project by providing written notice at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been ordered or significant preparatory work has commenced. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

6. Warranties

Edge Landscape Design warrants workmanship for a period specified in the individual project agreement. Plant material warranties, where offered, are subject to proper care and watering practices being followed by the client. Hardscape materials are subject to manufacturer warranties. We do not warrant against acts of nature, extreme weather events, pest infestations, or client-caused damage.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edge Landscape Design's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Property Access

By engaging our services, you grant Edge Landscape Design and its authorized personnel reasonable access to your property to perform the agreed-upon services. You represent that you have the authority to grant such access.

9. Intellectual Property

All landscape designs, plans, renderings, and other creative work produced by Edge Landscape Design remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, design rights for the specific project are transferred to the client.

10. Website Use

The content on our website is provided for general informational purposes only. We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove content at any time without prior notice. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website content is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pasco County, Florida.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
